Greetings, we’re Dani Monterrosa and Putt Keomahatai! Two friends that came together as partners to create a scent that will take the world by storm. However, aside from our journey in the perfume industry, we’re simply two young individuals finding our way from Fairfax and Charlottesville, Virginia, who embarked on a journey to Richmond to pursue our education at Virginia Commonwealth University. Over the past four and a half years, Richmond has become our home, and as graduation approaches, we are filled with gratitude for the memories we’ve made in the vibrant city. Before saying farewell to Richmond, we wanted to leave behind a lasting gift that encapsulates the essence of our time here. Our fondest moments took place during the Spring and Summer time where we were found floating down the James River at Belle Isle, hosting backyard cookouts, and exploring the various shops of Carytown. Inspired by these cherished experiences, we have crafted a fragrance that resembles the freshness of the James River, the warmth of a gathering with friends, and the energy of Richmond’s bustling streets. While our journey in Richmond may be drawing to a close, the city will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
